3. What is Home Service?

Home service is a unique facility at LibanPost that offers most of our services at any address you choose.

4. What items are not permitted to be mailed?

LibanPost follows Lebanese Customs and Universal Postal Union rules & regulations related to prohibited and restricted items. For more info, please click on the links below;

A. "Lebanese export".
"Some countries have specific export restrictions".
B. "Import into Lebanon".

5. What are the dimension limits for postal services?

• For letter mail and small packets: maximum weight is 2 kg, maximum length is 60 cm and the sum of length + width + thickness is 90 cm. The minimal dimensions are: length x width = 10x7 cm.

• For postal cards: the maximum length and width are 15x10.7 cm.

• For parcels: the maximum weight is 30 kg (it could be less depending on countries) and maximum dimensions are 1m x 50 cm x 50 cm. The minimum dimensions are 10x7 cm.

6. Is there any compensation in case of loss or damage of any item?

We do compensate in case of mail loss or damage based on rules and regulations of the Universal Postal Union. For more info, please dial 1577 or Email us on [email protected]

7. How can I track my mail?

By clicking on the "track and trace service".
on our website, you can track your internal (Lebanon) and external (to other countries) mail.

8. How long does a governmental formality take to be completed?

We are committed to submit all formalities deposited at our post offices to the concerned third party within 3 working days. Once the formality is completed by the governmental entity and is returned back to LibanPost, it will be delivered at the customers' address within 3 working days.

9. Is it possible to pay the annual mechanic fees at LibanPost?

10. Is it possible to pay the IMEI fee at LibanPost?
